床太臟了，被褥太臭了。睡上去身上咬了幾個紅包。一進門就是黴菌加汗臭味。窗子打不開，封閉式的。晾衣服根本沒地方，早餐很一般。水池按鈕很多都是壞的 起青苔顏色。最噁心的就是被褥。太臭太臟了。太噁心了。我還定了兩晚上。退不了。

Soddisfattissimi dell'hotel situato nel centro di Kuta con accesso diretto al mare. A qualche minuto dall'aeroporto. Pur avendo soggiornato al Bintang Kuta abbiamo usufruito di tutti i servizi del Bintang Bali . Consigliatissimo

到著が夜中だったので、空港近くのホテルとして利用させていただきました。値段の割にはとても設備が良く満足しました。朝食も美味しくいただきました。アメニティーを少し充実させるともっと良いと思います。旅の疲れが取れてゆっくり休めました。また利用したいと思います。

This hotel is centrally located. The price is affordable. The room is comfortable and generous but plenty of mosquitoes. It has an old house smell and the bathroom was no fan. I was in room 307. I was there just for sleep so I don’t really care. There was no soundproofing room. The breakfast was very poor but again match the price of the room. The staff were kind of friendly.

酒店的設施、衞生、環境、服務各方面都挺好的，酒店內部有小遊泳池和大游泳池，門口還有沙灘，看海上落日正好。服務比較貼心，養魚池旁還準備了一籃麵包碎片，讓客人餵魚。

После долгого перелета ( 9ч + транзит в Шанхае 5 ч + 6ч ) в этом отеле я восстановилась) мне всё понравилось - персонал отзывчивый, вежливый, завтрак меня устроил, территория общая с отелем Bintang resort, бассейн тоже и тренажёрный зал - можно пользоваться. На ресепшене помогли заказать такси при выселение. Пожалуйста только поливайте цветок в холле 5 этажа ( не знаю как на других этажах, возможно тоже нужно . Я полила его и цветок «ожил».

This hotel is close to the airport, so it would be a good choice if you're looking for a place to stay on your first or last day in Bali. It’s also very close to the beach, although the beach itself isn’t particularly clean. It is nice that hotel guests can use the facilities at the adjacent Bintang Bali Resort. Lastly, the air conditioner had a moldy smell, so I ended up turning it off and sleeping without it.

The hotel is clean and near all commodities. There is one mall two minutes walking and the other one is 8-10mins walking. Lots of restaurants, there’s the beach in the resort and also two pools (one at bintang resort and one at bintang hotel) The service is not really good tho, receptionnists often force a smile when you genuinely smile at them. And everytime you ask something it feels like you’re bothering them. Also they just want your money nothing else, you can’t ask for any advices and also shuttle to airport ?? 300k IDR while it cost 30k with grab. When you don’t spend a lot in the hotel they treat you differently than the other ones. Also the laundry costing 1-2-3€ per clothes is a joke, just go near the hotel there’s amazing laundries for more cheaper
